A Punjabi film named”Kaum De Heere” which showed the story through the eyes of the two body guards of Indira Gandhi. Because of the protest of Congress workers, the movie was banned.
Pithavunum Puurthanum was the story of two nuns staying in a convent. Where one nun raised her voice against the atrocities of the church the other one kept quiet and bore everything in silence. The picture was banned because the government felt it would harm the sentiments of the Christian community.
